We are looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join us as a full time Project Administrator working alongside our Project Management team.
The successful candidate should have experience in working in a similar role in the Construction Industry. To assist in all aspects of administrative support, coordinate & schedule work, maintain records and be familiar with purchasing plant, equipment, machinery, and materials, together with strong communication skills to handle enquires, liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis.
MS Package knowledge including Word and Excel are required as a minimum.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Projects Team in all aspects of administration
- Assist in the Production of Work Package Plans
- Issuing Purchase Orders, organising Plant and materials from Suppliers
- Maintaining employee and sub-contractor records, including recording hours worked, training and PPE records.

- You will have demonstrated experience in the construction industry and have the ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively.
- Have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, team members and contractors.
- Have previous experience in delivering high quality administrative services within a construction role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be confident in decision making and problem resolution.
